Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks a Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash management, liquidity forecasting and bank account operations. You will ensure accurate reconciliations, process payments and maintain strong controls within a global finance team in Kraków.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in treasury operations, fluent German (B2) and English (C1) and experience with SAP or treasury systems. The role offers hybrid work, private healthcare and a competitive bonus.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Degree in Business Administration or basic accounting knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily cash positions and bank statements.
• Monitor liquidity and manage cash movements.
• Manage bank accounts lifecycle and payment processing.
• Highlight and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations.
• Ensure end-of-day processing and FX confirmation.
