Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Treasury/Banking admin analyst to handle compliance with banking regulations under Treasury Group policies. You will interact daily with banks and internal teams, supporting Back Office and Middle Office functions within the IAG Group.

Required are 2 years of administration experience, Treasury exposure, and familiarity with ERP SAP, Fiori, and TMS. Strong organization, English proficiency, and Bloomberg Terminal experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administration experience, preferably in analytical/banking roles.
• Treasury experience is required.
• Law/banking experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Fiori) and TMS is an asset.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
• Problem solving and detail orientation.
• MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience in bank/Treasury administration is advantageous.
• Bloomberg Terminal experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with banks for opening/closing accounts and KYCs.
• Maintain relationships with banks and manage signatories list.
• Oversee online banking access and admin duties.
• Manage bank mandates, powers of attorney, and treasury documents.
• Keep an up-to-date bank accounts database and admin portals.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting processes.
