The ideal candidate should be proficient in GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport and have experience handling reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel services. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Reservations and Bookings: Utilize Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport to make and modify travel reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and more.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Address client inquiries and special requests while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Stay Informed on Travel Policies: Keep up-to-date with airline policies, ticketing rules, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.
• Upsell and Cross-Sell Travel Services: Identify opportunities to offer additional services that enhance the client's travel experience.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings while maintaining accurate records in the system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Reservation Agent with proficiency in using Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport.
