Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Poland seeks a Senior Transformation Consultant to independently lead transformation workstreams from planning to go-live, shaping approach and guiding colleagues. You will design operating models, optimise end-to-end procurement processes and steer ERP/procurement implementations such as SAP Ariba, S/4HANA and Coupa.

You will drive change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption, while mentoring teammates across international projects and continuing to develop

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation workstreams in procurement or SCM.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP / procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication with business and tech teams.

All underpinned by technology created with purpose.## **Your role**As a Senior Transformation Consultant, you will independently lead transformation workstreams and own delivery from planning to go-live, while helping shape the approach and supporting colleagues.## **Your tasks*** Lead workstreams independently, applying PMO practices: own planning, delivery, risks and stakeholders* Facilitate workshops that drive alignment and decisions across business, technology and procurement stakeholders, often in an international setting* Prepare steering committee materials and present to senior stakeholders* Coach less experienced team members* Lead target operating model design (processes, roles, governance) and its translation into blueprints, policies and KPIs, with a focus on procurement and, in some projects, supply chain management (SCM)* Optimise end-to-end procurement processes (e.g. source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier management) to unlock efficiency, compliance and savings; in SCM projects also planning, logistics and order-to-cash* Steer ERP and procurement technology implementations (e.g. SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, Coupa; SAP IBP in SCM projects), from fit-gap to testing and cutover* Drive change management, communication and business readiness activities that deliver real user adoption* Oversee training and knowledge transfer for procurement (and, where relevant, supply chain) users* Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare## **Your profile*** Have a track record of leading workstreams in transformation, change or implementation projects* Have solid experience in procurement (or alternatively SCM) and know its processes and operating models well* Can structure complex work, manage senior stakeholders and communicate clearly with business and technology teams* Work well in international settings and are fluent in English* Speak German: this is a big advantage, as many of our projects involve German-speaking clients**Nice to have:*** Experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Coupa) or supply chain systems (e.g. IBP)* Experience in change management or business readiness, and in coaching colleagues* PMO or project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Prosci)## **What You'll love about working here*** **Practical benefits:** yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.* **Access to over 70 training tracks** with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
