A global leader in helicopter services is seeking a Training and Compliance Coordinator to oversee aircrew training compliance and governance at their location in Poland. The successful candidate will manage training records, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to relevant regulations. This full-time, temporary position requires strong organizational skills and a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Poland.

Role Summary
Training and Compliance Coordinator

Workplace: Jasionka near Rzeszów (podkarpackie voivodship)

Type of employment: Temporary - contract for substitution (approx. 12 months)

Training and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all aircrew records within the Company Qualification Management System (QMS), in order to safeguard the training and operational compliance on behalf of the respective AOCs within CHC. Required to maintain an overview of planned & completed training and identify any issues that may compromise compliance to the Manager Crew Training of respective AOCs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Compliance & Governance records and documentation of aircrew training in Quality Management System (QMS/ Pelesys).
  • Tracking required documents to be uploaded into the QMS: upload courses, LSI/FSI/TFSI, create course certificates.
  • Manage training records and forms.
  • Enroll 3rd Party providers courses – DG, WDD – raise Purchase Requisitions for booked courses, process invoices.
  • Identify and manage governance & compliance risks, any expiries must be reported immediately to MCT of the respective AOC.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections; manage corrective actions, support the AOCs on Formal Audits.
  • Liaise internally with Training Planners, Roster Planners and Pilots to coordinate planned all initial and recurrent trainings and with regulatory bodies for License paperwork submission.
  • Regularly review and update training policies and procedures, where applicable.
  • Ensure training programs comply with applicable regulations and CHC standards.
  • Stay current with regulatory & company changes and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
  • Provide training on compliance procedures and requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks, duties and projects assigned by the STPS, MCT, HOFT.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • For candidates lacking a degree, employer will accept 4 years of experience, which must include relevant experience for the role. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training consistent with the above.
  • Strong understanding of training compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply governance policies.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Microsoft office applications/excel/word/power point.
