Job summary

3M in Wroclaw is hiring a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst for Global Logistics to coordinate trade documentation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, and ground shipments, while supporting customs clearance and certificate management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance or logistics, with proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus and SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
• Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP.

• Coordinating and managing trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities.
• Supporting regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.
• Acting as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Providing end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset
