Job summary

Capita Kraków is recruiting a Tracing Specialist to verify addresses and perform forensic tracing across client data. You will handle searches for living clients and for executors or family members of deceased customers, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will also order and verify required documents, manage your workload to meet targets, and contribute to high-quality data solutions within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; Polish knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to identify relevant information from large data sources.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong research ability.

Responsibilities

• Processing individual searches to confirm current address details for clients' customers.
• Carrying out forensic tracing including complex searches.
• Confirming address details for executors or family members of deceased customers.
• Ordering and verifying documents needed for deceased tracing projects.
• Delivering high-quality tracing and data solutions for clients.
• Managing own workload to meet productivity, quality, and regulatory targets.
• Following policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What you will be doing:

• Processing individual searches to confirm current address details for the client's customers.
• Processing forensic tracing that includes complex searches.
• Processing individual searches to confirm address details for executors or family members of the client's deceased customers.
• Ordering and verifying documents necessary to process deceased tracing projects.
• Delivering high-quality tracing and data solutions for our clients.
• Managing your own workload to meet productivity, quality, and regulatory targets.
• Following established policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Required skills

• Level of English C1
• Knowledge of Polish would be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be able to identify relevant information from a wealth of data held across a variety of sources.
• Skilled in the use of core MS Office products, Word and Excel
• Research ability
