Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies for Poland and another European countries as well for new markets that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, base salary and variable pay, salary benchmarking and job evaluation
- Ensure that the total rewards programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the total rewards programs and monitor market trends to maintain Pelion’s competitiveness in the business environment
- Develop and implement recognition programs to drive employee engagement and retention
- Planning and management of payroll costs, preparing budgets and monitoring variances
- Work closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure that total rewards programs are integrated into broader HR and business strategies
- Develop and deliver communications and training on total rewards programs to employees, managers, and other stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with external partners
Expectations
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards practice in large international companies with complex structure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, trends, and regulations
- Experience in managing executive compensation and long-term incentive system
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels as well as capability to approach sensitive topics with clarity and discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Fluency in English
