Job description
We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

We’re a PE-backed, high-growth business embarking on an ambitious transformation journey — scaling rapidly, evolving our operating model, and investing in our people. To support this, we’re seeking a Total Reward Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping a modern, competitive, and scalable reward framework.

This is a hands‑on, analytical role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, data‑driven, and commercially minded environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR, and Finance to design and deliver reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting the company’s strategic growth goals.

How you’ll make an impact:
Reward & Compensation
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable compensation frameworks aligned with our growth trajectory and performance culture.
  • Conduct detailed market benchmarking, job evaluations and pay analysis using external survey data (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Radford).
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to support annual reward cycles — including salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive plans design.
  • Analyse and model reward costs, headcount projections, and pay structures to inform strategic workforce planning.
Benefits & Wellbeing
  • Help manage day‑to‑day benefit administration and vendor relationships to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective programs.
  • Benchmark and recommend enhancements to our benefits offering in line with market trends and employee feedback.
  • Support the implementation of new benefits as we scale into new regions or markets.
Transformation & Projects
  • Contribute to core HR transformation projects, including job architecture, pay transparency, and equity‑based incentive schemes.
  • Support due diligence and integration activities as part of M&A or growth initiatives.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to ensure reward principles are embedded into talent, performance, and recognition frameworks.
Data & Insights
  • Maintain data integrity within HR systems and generate reward dashboards and analytics to support decision‑making.
  • Provide actionable insights on compensation trends, turnover, and cost modelling to senior leaders and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, pay equity, and governance requirements.
Your background

Essential:

  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in Reward, Compensation, or HR Analytics within a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical capability — confident managing complex data sets and building compelling insights (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with benchmarking and market analysis using reputable reward survey data.
  • Commercially astute — understands how reward decisions impact business performance, margins, and growth outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and credibly.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a PE‑backed, scale‑up, or transformative growth environment.
  • Familiarity with equity or long‑term incentive plans (LTIPs).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar.

This role is based in Łódź in Poland.
