IQVIA in Warszawa, Poland is seeking a Records Management Specialist to support TMF quality checks and administrative tasks for study teams. You will ensure work aligns with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
Responsibilities include updating complex data in records systems, coordinating retrieval and disposition of records, training staff on scanning, and monitoring filing accuracy to protect record integrity and security.
Provide Trial Master File (TMF) - Quality checks related assistance to study teams.
Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, practices, good clinical practices, applicable regulatory requirements, and meets quality and timeline metrics.
Ensure that project timelines are met and facilitate the orderly imaging, transfer, retention, and disposition of various project-related and business records. Administer records management systems.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł83,000.00 - zł196,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
