Job summary

Uspi Work in Bydgoszcz seeks skilled TIG welders to join a metal structures factory. You will weld stainless steel using argon TIG, with 8–12 hour shifts and 5–6 days a week, including Sundays off.

A full employment contract includes social insurance; the employer offers free accommodation with utilities around 850 zł per month. Basic language skills are sufficient, and reading technical drawings is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of TIG (argon) welding experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Set up the welding machine yourself.
• Willingness to work 8–12 hours a day, 5–6 days a week.
• Basic language skills; recruiters speak English, Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.

Responsibilities
