At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.
Testing & Analysis: Develop and perform validation tests for hydraulic products and analyze results according to lab standards.
Bench development: Develop and improve benches for validation tests.
Measurement Systems: Perform MSA and manage sensors for data collection
Equipment Oversight: Validate laboratory equipment and ensure it meets technical and safety requirements.
Problem Solving: Resolve equipment and product issues, supporting continuous improvement in the lab.
Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare technical reports and cooperate with project teams to meet customer requirements.
Education: Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical or similar.
Experience: Min. 2 years in a similar role (Automotive preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechatronics, measurement hardware, bus protocols (CAN/LIN), LabView or DIAdem (National Instruments).
Languages: Good English and Polish (working with international teams).
