GRYFTEC Embedded Systems Sp. z o.o. w Szczecinie poszukuje testera oprogramowania do zespołu zajmującego się projektami z zakresu embedded systems. Praca obejmuje tworzenie i wykonywanie testów, pisanie skryptów testowych i dokumentowanie wyników.

Wymagane są co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w testowaniu, dobra znajomość C/C++ oraz znajomość środowisk embedded. Posiadanie certyfikatu ISTQB będzie dodatkowym atutem, a elastyczny czas pracy i atrakcyjny pakiet benefitów to standardy firmy.

Qualifications

• Wymagane wykształcenie techniczne z dziedziny CS/elektroniki lub pokrewnych.
• Minimum 2 lata praktyki w testowaniu, preferowane embedded.
• Dobra znajomość C/C++ i testowania w środowiskach embedded.
• Umiejętność czytelnego dokumentowania testów i wyników.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie technicznym.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie przypadków testowych na podstawie dokumentacji architektury.
• Pisz skrypty testowe w językach zbliżonych do C.
• Identyfikacja obszarów optymalizacji testów.
• Komunikacja postępu i wyników testów z interesariuszami.
• Tworzenie i rozwijanie dokumentacji testowej.
• Współpraca z zespołem przy testowaniu przypadków i skryptów.
• Przegląd i ocena testów wytwórców oprogramowania, dokumentowanie defektów.
• Projektowanie testów funkcjonalnych, niefunkcjonalnych i integracyjnych.

Test Engineer

Szczecin Office

A detail-oriented and talented individual is currently needed to join our testing team of experts for our client, a world leader in advanced technology and innovative solutions in the production of combustion engines and propulsion systems. You will be a vital part of our team of software developers and testers, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards. Along the way, you’ll be able to sharpen your skills and contribute to the mission of engine manufacturing quality.

Salary range: 10 000- 14 000 PLN/month

Responsibilities

• Developing test cases based on architecture design documents and specifications
• Writing automated test scripts in “C–like” languages
• Identifying test optimization areas
• Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders
• Creating and developing test documentation
• Working closely with the team on various testing activities, including test case/script creation, clarification, etc.
• Review and evaluate tests from software developers and other test engineers, including documenting defects and issues
• Design and implement functional, non-functional, and integration tests

Qualifications

• Graduate of computer science, electronics control engineering, or related fields
• At least 2 years of practical experience in testing, preferably in embedded systems
• Attention to detail and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of C/C++
• Problem-solving and hands–on attitude with a passion for breaking things
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, control engineering, and measurement devices
• Experience in verification, including theory and practice
• English skills (written and spoken) that allow communication and work with technical documentation
• ISTQB certification is nice to have
