About the Role

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineering Strategist to define and lead the development of a next-generation quality testing framework for research and data analytics platforms within the pharmaceutical IT domain. This role combines strategic vision with technical expertise to ensure the integrity, compliance, and reproducibility of software in complex, data-driven environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement a scalable quality assurance framework tailored for research and data analytics applications in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Define the quality vision, roadmap, and best practices, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and data integrity standards.
  • Introduce and drive innovative testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and tools to improve coverage, efficiency, and reproducibility.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, regulatory experts, and delivery teams to embed quality controls into every stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor key quality metrics (KPIs) to assess risk, performance, and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor QA teams in modern testing strategies and automation practices using RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  • Promote best practices in version control, automation reliability, and traceability using tools such as GitHub and Selenium Libraries.
  • Translate complex research workflows into structured, compliant, and reproducible quality processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that quality strategies align with business goals and regulatory expectations.
