GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking a Senior Test and Integration Engineer for the Telecom domain in Poland. You will analyze features, design end-to-end NTN test strategies, and integrate software with real hardware in a customer-facing lab environment.

The role requires 3+ years in integration and verification testing, strong Python/Bash scripting, Linux, Git, and Jira proficiency, plus 4G/5G knowledge and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Integration & Verification Test Engineer
• Proficient scripting skills using Python, Bash, Robot Framework
• Working familiarity with Linux operating systems, GIT version control, and Jira project tracking
• Proven knowledge of 4G and 5G telecommunication architectures, interfaces, and 3GPP protocols
• Hands-on experience with IP and telecom network troubleshooting across software and lab hardware equipment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in collaborative teams
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Formulate and document end-to-end feature test strategies for NTN capabilities
• Integrate and verify software features in a customer-close lab with real hardware and radio components
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation scripts for solution products
• Troubleshoot defects by pre-analyzing fault reports, collecting traces, and validating fixes
• Collaborate with System Architecture, Software Development, and Customer Support teams
• Define, establish, and optimise testing processes
• Support technical demonstrations, customer pilots, and field trials in verification domains
• Participate in technical work planning and workload estimation
• Assist lab environment setup and routine maintenance
• Review customer documentation for verification accuracy

The overall software project scope encompasses the development, verification, and lifecycle maintenance of cellular base station software tailored for direct-to-device satellite communication services across multiple planned release streams.

We are seeking a strong Senior Test and Integration Engineer for the Telecom domain, closelyworking on future technologies (5G/Satelites).

Requirements

3+ years as an Integration & Verification Test Engineer

• Proficient scripting skills using Python, Bash, Robot Framework
• Working familiarity with Linux operating systems, GIT version control, and Jira project tracking.
• Proven knowledge of 4G and 5G telecommunication architectures, interfaces, and 3GPP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with IP and telecom network troubleshooting across both software systems and Lab hardware equipment.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities within collaborative team environments.
• Strong professional communication skills in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• As a plus: hands-on experience testing commercial cellular base station radios and RF components.
• High advantage: experience working in satellite communications or Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) test environments.

• Participate in technical work planning and workload estimation.
• Support laboratory environment setup and routine maintenance activities.
• Review customer technical documentation for verification accuracy.
