Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Telecom Solution Architect to deliver end-to-end policy-based telecom solutions, from design through integration and migration, in complex environments. You will ensure technical excellence and customer satisfaction on projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with 4G/5G core networks, policy control, and cloud-native/virtualized environments, plus strong analytics and communication skills. Hybrid work model offered in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom solution design, integration, or system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Policy Control and 4G/5G Core Networks.
• Familiarity with Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy), HTTP2, SIP, REST APIs and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level solution architectures.
• Define use cases, policy rules, and technical documentation.
• Perform integration, validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support software installation, configuration, and migration projects.
• Drive customer acceptance and Go Live activities.
• Develop automation scripts and technical reports.
