Job summary

BBH Technology in Kraków offers a Business Analyst Intern position as part of a hands-on internship program in technology, finance and professional development.   • Initiative & ownership – willingness to take responsibility, ask questions, and actively contribute
  • Availability of at least 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Review technical specification documentation (data models, dataflow diagramming, screen designs, workflows, etc.)
  • Assist in creating clear and concise technical requirement documents
  • Participate in system design, development and testing activities
  • Gather requirements for proposed changes or issues resolutions and help define project scope
  • Support technical and QA teams by clarifying requirements and providing guidance
  • Assist in planning meetings - preparing materials and participating in discussions with business users and vendors
  • Support business requirements discovery and documentation in close cooperation with product owners and software development teams
  • Join regular team meetings to discuss project scope, estimate effort and identify solutions

As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll collaborate with product owners, software developers and quality assurance teams to support requirements discovery, requirements gathering and the application release process.

Location: Kraków Internship duration: November 2026 - February 2027

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:
Must have:
  • Relevant academic background or demonstrated interest in business analytics
  • Structured thinking, reasoning, and problem solving
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Learning agility – ability and motivation to quickly learn new tools, technologies and programming languages
  • Problem-solving mindset – curiosity to understand how things work and tackle challenges step by step
  • Initiative & ownership – willingness to take responsibility, ask questions, and actively contribute
  • Availability of at least 24 hours per week
Nice to have:
  • Experience from personal, academic, group projects or internships
  • Exposure to tools such as SQL, Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq or server management/administration
  • Basic knowledge of software development and systems
  • Familiarity with Agile or project-based teamwork
