Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a software developer/innovator to join a team shaping digital platform opportunities. You will explore new technologies, prototype concepts, and translate ideas into working solutions that accelerate product development.

You’ll collaborate with architects, digital leads, and product teams, perform feasibility studies, define integration strategies, and prepare architecture documentation for pilots and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development or innovation roles.
• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art IT platforms and market trends.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
