Job Summary

As an Audio Technology Repair Engineer at AGL, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of various audio equipment, including amplifiers, DAC’s, Streamers and other audio devices. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining audio technology at the component level, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot issues in audio equipment by conducting thorough diagnostics at the component level.
  • Component Replacement: Replace faulty components such as transistors, capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits to restore equipment functionality.
  • Soldering and Desoldering: Utilize soldering and desoldering techniques to remove and install electronic components with precision and care.
  • Testing and Calibration: Perform tests and calibrations to verify the functionality and quality of repaired audio equipment, ensuring they meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, procedures performed, and test results.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that repaired equipment meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging audio technologies to enhance repair skills and adapt to evolving equipment.
