Job summary
Ciklum is seeking a Technical Solution Architect in Poland to join a cross-functional team delivering AI-enabled solutions. You will design end-to-end architectures, build AI agents, and deploy scalable Azure-based infrastructure while collaborating with enterprise systems and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, including integrations, APIs, authentication, data flows and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, networking and identity management.
- Practical experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, tool calling, RAG, and multi-step workflows.
- Strong development background in Python, C#, or TypeScript, with production-ready apps.
- Experience with REST APIs, MCP, webhooks, and workflow automation.

- Build prototypes, AI agents, automations, and production-ready solutions using modern AI technologies
- Design, deploy, and optimize Azure infrastructure for AI applications, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Transform business ideas into working prototypes, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Connect AI solutions with enterprise platforms, internal APIs, databases, and business systems
- Own technical decisions and proactively identify challenges, driving solutions from concept through delivery
- Work directly with business stakeholders, understand business challenges, and translate requirements into practical technical solutions
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, security guardrails, and engineering best practices
- Research emerging AI technologies, evaluate new tools, and identify opportunities to accelerate engineering and business processes
- Mentor engineers, document reusable solutions, and help teams adopt AI-assisted development practices
- Take responsibility for technical outcomes, troubleshoot blockers, and proactively coordinate across teams to ensure delivery

Our client is a leading global payments platform that connects businesses and consumers across 260 payment types in over 40 countries. With over 20 years of experience and an annual transaction volume exceeding $150 billion, it is a powerhouse in digital wallets, eCash solutions, and merchant acquiring.
In 2026, our client is undergoing a massive AI transformation. You will be joining the Intelligent Automation & AI Engineering initiative with the goal of replacing manual decision-making workflows with reliable, auditable AI-assisted systems.
You will work in an automation COE, collaborating with a centralised AI Platform team, IT, Dev Ops etc.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end AI-powered solutions, defining architecture, technology choices, integrations, and deployment approaches

Requirements:
- Strong experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, including integrations, APIs, authentication, data flows, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, networking, and identity management
- Practical experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, tool calling, RAG, and multi-step workflows
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code, including agent instructions, skills, and automated development workflows
- Strong development background in at least one programming language: Python, C#, or TypeScript, and experience building production-ready applications
- Experience connecting enterprise systems using REST APIs, MCP, webhooks, and workflow automation
- Ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into working prototypes quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback
- Understanding of enterprise security, RBAC, managed identities, secrets management, and secure AI solution design
- Ability to independently drive technical initiatives from discovery through implementation and deployment
- Strong English communication skills, comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and explaining technical decisions
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing reusable AI agent skills, custom instructions, MCP servers, and agentic SDLC workflows
- Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and automated cloud provisioning
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, and automated deployment pipelines
- Experience integrating SharePoint, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, prompt optimization, tracing, monitoring, and cost management
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, with security, compliance, and governance constraints
- Experience mentoring engineers, creating reusable engineering standards, and enabling teams to adopt new technologies
- Experience exploring emerging AI technologies, running technical experiments, and turning successful prototypes into reusable solutions
- Highly proactive and initiative-driven, takes initiative, challenges existing approaches, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement
- Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in a fast-paced R&D environment with evolving requirements and uncertainty
