For Biobest Poland’s fast-growing team in Poznań, we are hiring an experienced Technical Sales Advisor to help build and expand our customer base in berry greenhouses across West Poland.

Your mission

In this role, you make a visible impact in establishing a known brand’s presence in Poland with great products and support. With your entrepreneurial energy you shape our local organization and ways of working as we scale up. You combine hands‑on IPM advice with commercial ownership, working closely with our General Manager, Product Manager, Customer Service and Logistics. This role is pivotal to our growth ambitions and enables you to help growers succeed with innovative and sustainable solutions recognized by international awards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sales targets and deliver budget for your territory.
  • Visit 15–20 growers regularly to retain and win business.
  • Advise and sell bumblebee hives and beneficials, and expand into biopesticides, biostimulants, foliar and biofertilizers.
  • Diagnose issues, tailor IPM programs, and follow up to ensure results.
  • Map accounts, revive dormant relationships, and open new doors in tomato and berry segments.
  • Keep meticulous pipeline and visit notes; share market intel internally.
  • Deliver product and IPM training to customers; represent Biobest at events.
  • Participate in Biobest Academy learning tracks and in trainings at HQ in Belgium and our offices in the Netherlands.
Who are we looking for?
  • Proven track record in greenhouse production; strong network with growers and decision makers.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ working experience.
  • Solid technical background in agriculture and IPM.
  • Fluency in Polish; English is a plus.
  • Driver’s license and high travel readiness (approx. 80%; one home‑office day/week; office visits quarterly; daily online team touchpoints).
