  • Ensure technical and operational readiness by defining, tracking, and closing readiness tasks and dependencies.
  • Act as the main liaison between central and local teams to align timelines, manage issues, and handle change requests.
  • Collaborate with deployment leads and SMEs to validate business scenarios, testing, and legacy system transitions.
  • Identify and manage site‑specific risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating as necessary.
  • Lead governance activities such as readiness checkpoints, go/no‑go reviews, Early Life Support (ELS), and stabilisation planning.
  • Support change management and adoption through communication rollouts, local training coordination, and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor implementation KPIs, SLAs, and post‑go‑live performance metrics.
  • Contribute to post‑deployment reviews and feed continuous improvement insights back into the programme.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong command of project management disciplines, including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, and risk management.
Personal Attributes
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and delivery‑focused professional.
  • Hands‑on leader with the ability to drive execution and accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across multiple functional teams and stakeholder levels.
