Job summary

Xperi in Warsaw seeks an experienced Project Manager/Team Leader to drive our Linux and Android-based browsing solutions for Smart TVs and set‑top boxes.

You will lead project initiation, create estimates and schedules, coordinate cross‑functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery for global customers, while communicating with stakeholders and partnering with Engineering and Sales. Qualifications

• 5+ years managing IT projects for external customers.
• 4+ years in the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Practical expertise in project management methodologies.
• Proven people management experience with teams across multiple sites.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, multisite, multicultural environments.
• Resilience in unpredictable situations with strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical background (TV/STB or embedded systems).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation: define scope, create estimates and schedules, secure resources, develop project plans, and gain sponsor/stakeholder approval.
• Deliver Xperi solutions to global customers while providing hands-on support during project execution.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate cross-functional project development.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Build and maintain team motivation/engagement through trust-building, inspiration, and people development.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (peer Project Managers, Sales, Department Heads, HR), external business partners, and customers.
• Mentor and develop team members.
