Job summary

KK Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Szczecin factory as Technical Project Lead, connecting customer requirements with engineering and production to bring control panel products from specification to manufacturing.

You will drive the technical side of projects, collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure designs meet quality, manufacturability, and serviceability expectations while enabling a smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering for industrial products or systems.
• Experience with control panels / control cabinets.
• Technical project coordination or leadership experience.
• Fluent in Polish and English

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our factory in Szczecin and take on the role of Technical Project Lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just support engineering activities. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting customer requirements, engineering, and production, helping to bring control panel products from specification and prototype into local manufacturing.

You will be responsible for driving the technical side of the project, working closely with both electrical and mechanical engineering teams, as well as with production and other stakeholders across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

• act as the main technical link between the customer and production,
• lead cross-functional engineering activities,
• support the development of prototypes and product maturation,
• drive technical decisions based on customer needs and business priorities,
• ensure the product is designed with quality, manufacturability and serviceability in mind,
