What you'll do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and technical capabilities
• Manage product backlog, create high-quality user stories, and facilitate backlog refinement and release planning
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, using traceability and version control
• Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of features
• Analyze current systems, identify technical requirements, and support system integration (REST API, message brokers, etc.)
• Engage with stakeholders, manage expectations, and advocate for the product
• Identify risks, track mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Conduct product analysis and benchmarking to identify improvements and enhance customer experience
• Support the team during feature discovery and delivery, sharing product priorities and values

What you bring

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architectures
• Experience in requirements management, product backlog prioritization, and release management
• Familiarity with technical stacks, system integration, and basic SQL knowledge
• Ability to create clear specifications and visual artifacts (UML, BPMN)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Fluent English
