We’re seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the development of scalable, impactful ad tech products that power our growth and innovation.

Role Overview

As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between the commercial roadmap, business goals, customer needs, and technical engineering execution. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, internal and external stakeholders to build high‑performing solutions to support our demand side platform (DSP).

In your role you will support the company to deliver DSP features in a timely manner in line with roadmap expectations, in reporting roadmap progress to senior management, and maintain a clear feature roadmap available for anybody in the organisation to access and see current status and future deliveries for the LoopMe DSP platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the demand side platform, ensure timely delivery in line with roadmap expectations and quality.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineers to design scalable systems, optimize OpenRTB performance, and integrate identity resolution solutions. Drive product design and implementation through close collaborations with UI/UX designer, Engineers and QAs.
  • Data‑Driven Decision‑Making: Use analytics and user data to inform product iterations, drive monetization strategies, and improve ad targeting capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate roadmap delivery milestones and roadmap updates to executives, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Manage product development lifecycles using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality releases.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager or Product Manager in the ad tech or digital media space (SSP, DSP, programmatic platforms).
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of OpenRTB, programmatic buying, ad serving, UX/UI design, real‑time system design.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, BigQuery) to derive insights and inform product decisions.
  • Project Management: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks, with experience managing cross‑functional development teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), identity solutions, and emerging trends like AI‑powered ad targeting.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience with machine learning or AI‑based solutions for ad optimization.
  • Background in or familiarity in software engineering or computer science.
  • Familiarity with privacy‑first targeting solutions and contextual advertising.
