Job summary

Kira is building an AI Investing Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end—from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch.

We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The role requires knowing where AI improves outcomes, ensuring deterministic controls, and building reliable, auditable, and trusted products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products.
• Strong foundations in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience reviewing and contributing to technical designs with engineers.
• Experience in payments, remittance, insurance, trading or other regulated domains.
• Good product judgment for trade-offs under regulatory constraints.
• Experience building with AI/LLMs, evaluating reliability and appropriate use.

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, and scalability.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and user experience while meeting regulatory needs.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements like KYC, monitoring, privacy into the product.
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align launches.
