Job Description
  • Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
  • Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
  • Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
  • Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
  • Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
  • Input data, write quickly and clearly
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2) – both written and spoken
  • Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
  • Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
  • Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way
  • Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills
  • Experience in customer service (individual / business customers)
