Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering

• Strong hands‑on background in process design and delivery optimization

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
