Job summary

Capgemini Engineering Poland is seeking a qualified engineer to support end-to-end telecom solution delivery, focusing on design, integration, validation, and acceptance.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Support, and R&D teams to ensure technical quality, smooth implementation, and successful customer outcomes. The role requires experience in telecom software, systems engineering, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom software solutions, integration, or system engineering.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and databases (MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, Aerospike).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, SNMP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Review technical documentation (HLD/LLD/test strategies/ATPs/MOPs).
• Participate in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.

Your role

Support the end-to-end delivery of telecom solutions across design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases. Work closely with delivery, support, and R&D teams to ensure smooth implementation, technical quality, and successful customer outcomes.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and support design, integration, validation, and acceptance activities.
• Review technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, test strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates and technical reports.
• Support customer-facing activities and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Care, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate testing and acceptance activities.

Your profile

• Experience in telecom software solutions, integration, or system engineering.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and databases such as MariaDB, Oracle, SQL, or Aerospike.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP/XML, and SNMP.
• Experience with application integration in complex or multi-domain environments.
• Familiarity with VNF/CNF architectures, cloud technologies, and platforms such as OpenStack or VMware.
• Understanding of telecom domains including HSS/HLR, AUSF/UDM, IMS, VoLTE, and mobile network integration.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom service architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have:
