Job description

We are building a highly customizable ERP system designed to scale with complex business needs. The platform is modular, multi-tenant, and built around a modern micro-frontend-friendly architecture. You will play a key role in shaping the UI architecture, defining best practices, and ensuring exceptional performance and maintainability.

Role Overview

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction and implementation of our frontend stack. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role, not a management position: you will remain actively involved in development, perform code reviews, provide expert guidance and contribute to architectural decisions.

You will act as the technical lead for a small but growing team of frontend developers (3 people), collaborating closely with the backend team (3 people) and product teams to ensure the delivery of a clean, scalable and maintainable product.

Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
  • Own and evolve the frontend architecture for a large-scale ERP system.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
  • Provide technical mentorship and code review for frontend team members.
  • Collaborate on system design with backend, product, and UX teams.
Development
  • Lead the development of high-quality UI features using TypeScript, Vue 3 Composition API, and SCSS.
  • Implement core modules and reusable components following a monorepo approach.
  • Integrate data layers using TanStack Query and Pinia for state management.
  • Manage routing with Vue Router and optimize SPA performance.
  • Configure development and build workflows using Vite.
  • Work with Rush and PNPM to maintain a scalable monorepo structure.
  • Implement and maintain authentication flows using OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Oversee testing strategy and implement test coverage using Vitest.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and roadmap refinement.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery, maintainability, and documentation.
  • Provide input on UI/UX decisions to ensure usability and consistency.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role.
  • Strong expertise in: TypeScript, Vue 3 & Composition API, SCSS, Vue Router, Pinia, TanStack Query, Vite.
  • Comfortable in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong understanding of SPA architecture, performance optimization, and modular design.
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with ERP systems or complex business applications.
  • Knowledge of backend APIs or full-stack experience.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
