Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned Technology Risk & Control professional to design, maintain, and improve risk and control processes in a highly regulated environment. You will ensure these processes are measurable, aligned with standards, and supported by KPIs and KRIs.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across functions, reporting up internal and external channels, and occasionally visiting the Krakow office twice a month to align on governance activities.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in technology risk, control, or governance.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Experience with KPI/KRI/KCI metrics and performance monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to visit Krakow office twice a month.

Responsibilities
