Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to support Work Dynamics technology platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations, maintain systems, and provide advanced user support for on‑premise and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3+ years in IT operations, with strong scripting, troubleshooting, and security/compliance knowledge. This role is on-site in Warsaw and offers growth within a global real estate technology platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.
Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Maintenance: install, update, and configure software; ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshooting & Support: provide advanced support and escalate complex issues as needed.
User Training & Documentation: develop training and document system configurations.
Performance Optimization: monitor and improve system efficiency and reliability.
Compliance & Auditing: assist with security/compliance activities.
Scripting & Automation: develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication: work with Service Delivery Manager and team.
Security Awareness & Support: support security policies and report vulnerabilities.
