A leading technology firm based in Kraków is looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical solution architecture for a CRM domain. You will guide a team in making architectural decisions and work closely with Product Owners to innovate and deliver high-quality solutions. Our CRM ecosystem enables all B2B customer-related processes across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys form the core of this landscape, supporting over 300 sellers across multiple marketplace verticals: Real Estate, Jobs, Mobility, and Recommerce.
As Vend scales its digital sales agenda, we are building a new technical team in Kraków that will own and evolve the CRM platform end-to-end. This includes supporting Customer Insights - Journeys for marketing automation, delivering high-impact integrations, and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and customer communication across the Nordics.
As a Tech Lead, you will own the technical solution architecture for the CRM domain and guide the team through strategic technical decisions. Your work will directly influence the success of the Order-to-Cash process and help shape how Vend’s sales organization operates across the Nordic markets.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, a Functional CRM Specialist, and engineering partners to drive innovation, scalability, and high-quality delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership and system ownership.

We work in a hybrid setup - combining collaboration in our Kraków office with the flexibility of remote work. This role is based in Kraków, with regular in-office presence as part of the hybrid model.
