Job summary

A leading technology firm based in Kraków is looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical solution architecture for a CRM domain. ABOUT THE COMPANY

Schibsted & Vend Polska is a joint venture between two leading Nordic entities - a major media house, Schibsted, and a dynamic marketplace leader, Vend. With over 300 software engineers in Kraków and Gdańsk, we provide high-quality technological solutions that support the operations and innovations of both parent companies.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our CRM ecosystem enables all B2B customer-related processes across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys form the core of this landscape, supporting over 300 sellers across multiple marketplace verticals: Real Estate, Jobs, Mobility, and Recommerce.

As Vend scales its digital sales agenda, we are building a new technical team in Kraków that will own and evolve the CRM platform end-to-end. This includes supporting Customer Insights - Journeys for marketing automation, delivering high-impact integrations, and driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and customer communication across the Nordics.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Tech Lead, you will own the technical solution architecture for the CRM domain and guide the team through strategic technical decisions. Your work will directly influence the success of the Order-to-Cash process and help shape how Vend’s sales organization operates across the Nordic markets.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, a Functional CRM Specialist, and engineering partners to drive innovation, scalability, and high-quality delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership and system ownership.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Making architectural and technical decisions in partnership with Product Owners and the Functional CRM Specialist to deliver scalable and robust solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of CRM-related software solutions.
  • Contributing across the full Application Lifecycle Management spectrum.
  • Planning and coordinating work to ensure timely delivery.
  • Taking full ownership of systems developed and maintained by the team.
  • Creating and executing unit test plans.
  • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Working closely with the CRM Specialist, Head of CRM, .NET Developers, and CRM Product Owners.
  • Using technologies such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure, and AWS.
  • Collaborating with the wider Tech organization, BI Developers, and Data Analysts to integrate applications, Power Apps, data flows, and other technologies.
  • Ensuring efficient data handling and integration between systems and data platforms.
ABOUT YOU

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core), JavaScript, RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including deployments, monitoring, and CI/CD.
  • Practical experience with databases and system integration.
  • Hands-on experience with continuous deployment and automation.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a business-oriented approach to technology.
  • English at C1 level (written and spoken).
It’s a plus if you also have:
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Snowflake, or data platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Developer, Azure Developer).
Work Model & Location

We work in a hybrid setup - combining collaboration in our Kraków office with the flexibility of remote work. This role is based in Kraków, with regular in-office presence as part of the hybrid model.
