Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Balance hands-on coding with architecture and design.
- Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services.
- Contribute to architectural decisions aligned with domain goals.
- Design microservices and AWS serverless solutions.
- Collaborate with domain architects, developers and DevOps.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design and CI/CD.
- Promote TDD and strong engineering practices.
