A leading Nordic energy company in Wrocław seeks a Tech Lead to oversee Power BI and Fabric platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure scalable data solutions, and enhance reporting practices. Ideal candidates should have solid experience in Power BI, ETL processes, and project management. Our team consists of experts on BI and Analytics, now we are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team and take responsibility of Power BI and Fabric platform. You are expected to have strong knowledge regarding tenant settings on Fabric, managing on‑premises gateways and optimizing data pipelines. You will also have the latest information on new features on Power BI and Fabric, and you are expected to share this knowledge with the team. We work in an agile way, but we assume you have the skills to switch to ad‑hoc tasks when needed.
The role integrates technical excellence with competence development, and requires an ability to position reporting within the broader context of the organisation’s data pipeline. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data assets are reusable, scalable, and governed, while deploying optimized approaches in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric aligned to reporting requirements. You will provide guidance on the most challenging Power BI reporting topics and support colleagues across varying seniority levels. As the organisation evaluates and adopts additional Fabric capabilities, you will contribute directly to defining and implementing best practices.
