A leading consumer intelligence company in Poland seeks a Team Leader to manage and develop insight analysts, ensuring high client satisfaction through timely analysis delivery. The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills, experience in people management, and is fluent in English. This hybrid role requires on-site work in Warsaw two days per week and offers a flexible working environment.
The role is to manage and develop a team of insight analysts to ensure high client satisfaction through the timely delivery of high-quality analyses and recommendations.
The Team Leader will need to negotiate and align with internal stakeholders from local NIQ teams in Western Europe and/or external clients to manage the clients’ expectations, as well as continuously upskill their direct reports to achieve advanced market and industry knowledge, data interpretation expertise, communication and storytelling skills.
The role requires working on-site in Warsaw, Poland, 2 days/week. Remote work is available for the remaining days.
