Job summary

Digis is building a new team around acquisition funnels and is seeking a leader to guide a small group of engineers. You will manage a team, run funnel experiments, and migrate parts of the existing solution to a modern stack.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with React, WordPress, and external API integrations, plus collaboration on architecture and testing. A competitive package and long-term collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of working with ReactJS.
• Hands-on WordPress experience.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers (3 Senior Engineers and 1 QA) and drive funnel development.
• Launch landing pages and run A/B tests comparing funnel models.
• Integrate payment flows, including Stripe, into new funnel experiences.
• Move parts of the solution to React and modern architecture over time.
• Integrate the funnel with Shopify and other external APIs.
• Support and extend the current WordPress-based funnel when needed.

The client is forming a new team around its acquisition funnels, and we're looking for the person to lead it. You'll manage a small team of engineers, run funnel experiments and move parts of the existing solution to a more modern stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Senior Engineers and 1 QA
• Launch new landing pages and run tests that compare paid and free funnel models
• Build payment flows, including Stripe, into new funnel experiences
• Create and test alternative versions of existing flows for A/B experiments
• Integrate the funnel with Shopify and other external APIs
• Support and extend the current WordPress-based funnel when needed
• Move parts of the existing solution step by step to React and a newer architecture

Requirements

• 3+ years of working with ReactJS
• Hands-on WordPress experience
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
