Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking a Tax Specialist to process and analyze tax calculations for clients on a daily to yearly basis. You will ensure accuracy, meet deadlines and serve as the central point of contact for tax support functions.

This role focuses on tax components, reconciliations and reporting, with collaboration across tax teams in different locations. A minimum three days in the office is required, and a permanent contract plus industry training are offered.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills with high accuracy and deadline discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for tax documentation and reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to liaise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Processes tax components and tax calculations, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Liaises with supporting departments to obtain inputs and resolve issues.
• Prepares tax packs and periodic reports; supports ad-hoc tax projects.
