Job summary

Vytwo is looking for a Tapestry Eligibility Analyst. This remote position requires over 5 years of experience with Epic Tapestry and knowledge in configurations for UM authorizations and referrals. Candidates must have an active Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification and proficiency with SQL, Clarity, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer. A strong understanding of payer operations and UM regulations is essential. Applicants must also have the authorization to work in the USA.

Mandatory criteria

• Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Certification (active)
• 3–5+ years hands‑on Epic Tapestry UM build/support experience specifically in UM authorizations and referrals
• Proficiency with SQL/Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer (read/interpret) and operational reporting for UM KPIs
• Proven ability to configure UM routing rules, workqueues, decisioning tools, letters/notifications, and SLAs
• Solid understanding of payer operations and UM regulations (e.g., CMS timelines, state TATs, HIPAA, NCQA), including denial and appeal pathways
