Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue-Collar Recruitment

Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk is expanding and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on recruiting blue-collar roles.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with line managers, implement best-in-class recruitment practices, and contribute to the growth of our talent acquisition processes in a multinational environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff, including machine operators, warehouse and logistics personnel, and other operational roles.

You will act as a strategic partner for line managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, positive candidate experience, and adherence to TA standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
END-TO-END RECRUITMENT (BLUE-COLAR ROLES)
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from intake and job postings to screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
PARTNERSHIP WITH LINE MANAGERS
  • Collaborate with managers to define job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and support selection decisions.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
  • Ensure an engaging, transparent, and timely recruitment experience for blue-collar candidates.
DATA MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
REPORTING & STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to the TA Team Lead and business stakeholders.
EMPLOYER BRANDING FOR BLUE-COLAR ROLES
  • Support employer branding initiatives targeting production and operational talent, including job fairs, online campaigns, and community engagement.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Identify areas to enhance recruitment efficiency and participate in TA projects.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with production/blue-collar roles or in SSC/GBS environments.
  • Strong business partnership skills with line managers and HRBPs.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), online sourcing tools, and social media recruiting.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Process- and data-oriented mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in recruitment processes.
