Job description

Aristocrat is a global entertainment and gaming-technology leader. We create game and digital content that delights millions of players worldwide and are powered by technology, innovation and our people.

At Aristocrat, you will join a diverse, dynamic and international team united by a mission to “bring joy to life through the power of play.”

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a meaningful role in sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across our organisation. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand business needs, build recruitment strategies and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. A key focus of this role is innovation — particularly the adoption and optimisation of AI and data-driven methods to elevate recruitment performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment (job requisition through offer and onboarding) for a variety of roles (technical, commercial, creative) across the business.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, define selection criteria and drive employer brand positioning.
  • Utilise and enhance recruitment tools and technologies — including AI-enabled sourcing, screening and talent-pooling techniques — to increase speed, quality and efficiency.
  • Build, maintain and proactively engage talent pipelines for current and future head-counts; anticipate market and skill-set trends.
  • Drive candidate engagement and deliver an outstanding experience through timely communication, feedback and great storytelling of Aristocrat’s culture and mission.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation, diversity & inclusion policies, and global hiring standards.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of ~5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, global organisation.
  • Shown strength in sourcing diverse talent across multiple fields (technical, creative, commercial).
  • Fluent Polish speaker and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience using AI or data-driven recruitment tools and a strong curiosity to explore and optimise these tools in new ways.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills — able to work with business leaders and HR partners with confidence and credibility.
  • Comfortable defining, tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to draw insights and drive improvements.
  • A proactive, flexible and entrepreneurial approach; comfortable working in an international, evolving environment.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; ability to embed inclusive hiring practices across the recruitment lifecycle.
