WS Audiology is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role to support the recruiting team across the EMEA region. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR colleagues.

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • Excellent assertive English communication and leadership skills, with collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection.
  • Coordinate candidate logistics, including interview scheduling and communication.
  • Support sourcing and pipelining efforts to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to employer marketing, branding, and efficiency projects.
  • Help with employee retention and engagement initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, and HR colleagues. You will contribute to attracting great talent, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and strengthening our employer brand.

What you will do
