Job summary

T-Mobile Polska is looking for a Software Engineer focused on Process Automation in Warsaw to translate business requirements into automated workflows using Camunda and microservice patterns.

You will work with business and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, developing Python workers and integrating services to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Camunda experience and BPMN 2.0 modeling.
• Strong Python development skills and microservice awareness.
• Proficient SQL knowledge and data handling ability.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer focused on Process Automation, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating business processes modeled in BPMN 2.0
• Implementing and maintaining process automation solutions using Camunda
• Developing and integrating Python-based workers and microservices
• Creating, testing, and optimizing automated workflows
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to quickly understand and translate process requirements into scalable solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues within process automation environments
• Supporting continuous improvement of business processes and automation initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with Camunda
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling concepts
• Hands-on experience with Python development
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze business processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• High level of motivation, proactivity, and ownership
• Both German and English language skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservice architectures and system integrations
• Previous experience in process automation or workflow orchestration projects
