Job summary

Borgwarner Emissions Systems Spain SL is looking for a Development Process Engineer in Kraków, Poland. This role focuses on enhancing team proficiency in engineering processes related to traction inverters for hybrid and fully electric vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a Master's or Engineering degree and demonstrated experience in Systems or Software Engineering. Responsibilities include analyzing deployment processes, leading project teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience in ASPICE or CMMI.
• Working knowledge of ISO26262 (Functional Safety) and ISO21434 (Cybersecurity) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze systems/software process deployments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive engineering project teams to achieve quality goals using the BorgWarner EDF process.
• Develop training curriculum and transfer knowledge to engineering teams.
• Implement the quality assurance plan defined by the QA group on projects.
• Create and maintain a quality assurance dashboard for reporting purposes.
• Perform assessments of work products and adherence to process.
