Job Objective

Independent technical customer service. From installation to training, maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting. Support for analysis systems throughout their entire life cycle at our customers' sites.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Guarantees suitable technical support concerning analyzers offered by the employer, and in particular, proactive care for the analyzers assigned to the Employee in the SFDC system
  • Repairs instruments according to the established time limits and methods
  • Carries out analyzers preventive maintenance
  • Makes the preliminary visits to laboratories to perform pre‑site inspection and agree on the positioning of the instrumentation
  • Installs and tests the instruments at the customer site according to the dates, time limits and procedures defined – in connection with internal and external obligatory communication, and technical trainings for operators
  • Decontaminates and de‑installs instruments according to Company procedures.
  • Customer Service Call Center handling - according to Company needs
  • Timely and regular reporting, and communication with accordance to rules established
Education
  • Vocational training/degree in medical technology, electrical engineering vocational training or further training (e.g. as an electrician, mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer, electrical systems installer or similar) or comparable vocational training
Professional experience
  • Professional experience as a service technician in the field of medical diagnostics or a comparable profession is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the legal framework in medical technology is desirable
