Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing software engineers through coaching, feedback and career conversations.
• Practical experience as a Scrum Master or similar team facilitation role.
• Ability to help teams plan realistically, remove obstacles and improve processes.
• Experience working with Product Owners and technical leads with clear role boundaries.
• Background in Linux kernel, device drivers or low-level C and C++ software.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Manage career development, provide coaching, and conduct career conversations with software engineers.
• Act as Scrum Master for the Drivers and Utilities team, facilitating planning and removing blockers.
• Help engineers turn priorities into achievable delivery plans and improve team processes without adding unnecessary overhead.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to keep progress visible and maintain clear role boundaries.
• Connect engineers across teams, disciplines and locations, supporting the Gdańsk office within the wider System Software group.
