Job summary

People Trust sp. z o.o. ищет аналитика для ведения клиентского анализа и разработки рекомендаций в проектах, связанных с применением искусственного интеллекта. Требуется опыт работы с несколькими параллельными проектами и способность налаживать отношения с заказчиками.

Кандидат должен владеть польским на уровне C2 и английским на уровне C1, готовность к командировкам и присутствию в Варшаве на старте проекта.

Qualifications

• По крайней мере 5 коммерческих проектов в роли аналитика или аналогичной
• По крайней мере 3 проекта, возглавляемых самостоятельно, с прямым контактом с клиентом
• Умение переводить бизнес-задания в логику для команды разработки
• Практический опыт использования ИИ в ежедневной работе, помимо базового prompt-инженеринга
• Умение работать над несколькими проектами параллельно
• Полезно: знание польского на уровне C2 или носитель; английский не ниже C1

Responsibilities

• Лидирование клиентского анализа от определения объема до подготовки рекомендаций
• Проведение интервью, воркшопов и встреч с бизнес- и IT-заинтересованными сторонами
• Идентификация проблем, узких мест и неэффективных процессов
• Составление As-Is и To-Be моделей процессов
• Разбор текущих решений и рекомендации по дальнейшему развитию
• Разработка бизнес-правил, зависимостей и потоков
• Использование инструментов ИИ в ежедневной аналитике и прототипировании
• Сотрудничество с командой разработки в рамках AI-first модели
• Управление собственными зонами ответственности и принятие решений
• Поддержание прямых отношений с клиентом и выступление как бизнес-партнера
• Работа на 2–3 проектах одновременно на разных стадиях

Задачи

• Lead client analysis independently, from defining the scope and analysis plan to preparing final recommendations
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with key business and IT stakeholders
• Identify problems, bottlenecks, manual workarounds, dependencies, and areas where the current system does not support the business
• Map As-Is processes and design the target To-Be model
• Assess which elements of the current solution should be developed, rebuilt, replaced, or removed
• Prepare Business Cases and substantive recommendations for the client
• Define business rules, dependencies, exceptions, boundary conditions, and flows
• Use AI tools in daily analytical work for data analysis, documentation, research, automation, and prototyping
• Create scripts and small tools to improve work
• Profile and analyze data received from the client
• Develop and use an AI-first workflow, including repositories, rules, checklists, scripts, and other tools
• Collaborate with a development team working in a similar AI-first model
• Own an area of responsibility independently and make decisions about how to conduct the analysis
• Build a direct client relationship and act as a business partner
• Work on 2–3 projects simultaneously at different stages, from analysis and presales to development and further improvement

Требования

• At least 5 commercial projects in an analyst position or a role with a similar scope of responsibility
• At least 3 independently led projects involving direct client contact, independent analysis planning, workshops, and final recommendations
• Ability to translate business needs into logic usable by the development team
• Practical experience using AI in daily work beyond basic prompting
• Ability to use AI tools for data analysis, automation, documentation, prototyping, or creating custom tools
• Experience managing several projects in parallel
• Polish at C2 or native level for direct work with a Polish-speaking client
• English at least C1 for fluent work with international clients

• The project initially requires a strong presence in Warsaw
• The work model may later become more flexible, including up to 100% remote work with occasional visits to Armii Ludowej in Warsaw
