Job summary

Readdle in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a System Administrator to own access, asset management, and internal systems automation for our distributed team. You will manage provisioning, reviews, and revocation, and contribute to security improvements as part of IT operations.

The role requires 3+ years of system administration with Google Workspace and macOS, experience in asset management, Linux, AWS, and GCP, plus strong documentation and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system administration experience including Google Workspace and macOS administration.
• Experience owning asset management.
• Working knowledge of AWS and GCP and Linux CLI.
• Strong documentation discipline and policy adherence.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2 preferred).
• Experience configuring IT workflows and access management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full access lifecycle (provisioning, reviews, and revocation) with every step documented in-ticket.
• Resolve support and service requests end-to-end so distributed teams can keep working without friction.
• Administer Google Workspace and Jira Service Desk, including intake forms and workflows.
• Administer our GitHub organization: members, teams, repository permissions, and access as part of the life cycle.
• Maintain Jenkins nodes and the GitHub-Jenkins integration (webhooks, credentials, build agents).
• Manage a fleet that is almost entirely Apple: enrollment, configuration profiles, OS updates, and security baselines through MDM.
• Identify recurring request types and remove them through automation and self-service.
