Job summary

createIT.com is hiring a Symfony Developer for a Polish project building a platform that connects organizers of children's activities with parents. You will work on PHP backend with Symfony (6–8), leveraging Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis, collaborating with a small frontend team.

The role requires 3–5 years of PHP experience, including 2–3 years with Symfony, and English at B2 for team communication. A mature, independent approach and strong communication are expected.

Symfony Developer - project for a children's platform

We are in the second phase of a super exciting project for a Polish client - a platform that connects organizers of children's activities with parents. The first stage (MVP) is almost ready: an activity catalog with filters, matching to children's interests, and a purchase option. Now we have a year+ of development ahead of us, including an AI module: personalized development paths for children and plenty of new features. Sounds inspiring? Join our close-knit team!

Your stack and experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PHP, including 2-3 years with Symfony (versions 6-8)

Knowledge of Docker, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), and Git

English at B2 level - for team communication

Ability to independently handle more complex challenges, a mature approach to work, and strong communication skills

Frontend: 1 Senior + 2 Mid Developers

A small, well-coordinated team - you'll have space to bring in your own ideas.
